Meli3gp Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by meli3gp. By accessing this platform, you agree to all terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the meli3gp platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
To register an account and use meli3gp services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- An individual who is legally eligible to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia.
- Not be located in any jurisdiction where online betting is strictly prohibited.
- Register only one account per person — multiple account registrations are not permitted.
Meli3gp reserves the right to verify your eligibility information at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure all account details remain up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the meli3gp support team immediately.
User responsibilities include the following:
- Not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools without authorisation.
- Not engage in any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
- Comply with all game rules specified for each category — Sports Betting, jackpot, roulette, and others.
3. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the meli3gp platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including FPX and approved local digital wallets. Deposit processing is typically instant or within a few minutes, depending on the method selected.
For withdrawals, please ensure that:
- The bank account name matches the name on your meli3gp registered account.
- The account has completed the required identity verification process.
- Any minimum wagering requirements (where applicable to a bonus) have been met before the withdrawal request is submitted.
Meli3gp reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving large or unusual transactions. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and will be reflected in your account settings. All transactions are final once confirmed, unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.
4. Account Suspension, Closure and Liability Limits
Meli3gp reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or falsification of registration information.
- Abuse of platform bonuses or promotions.
- Attempts to hack, breach, or damage the platform's systems.
- Breach of any terms set out in this document.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be recoverable, subject to the outcome of the investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed on valid grounds may submit an appeal through customer support channels.
Regarding liability limits, meli3gp shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, including internet outages, user device failures, or third-party service interruptions. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the account balance at the time of the disruption and does not extend to anticipated winnings.
5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the meli3gp platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of meli3gp or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. meli3gp has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users are advised to independently review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before engaging with it.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Meli3gp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
